About the Author: Antonio Daood
Antonio Daood is RM Phillips Freeman Research Fellow in Innovation Management at SPRU, University of Sussex Business School, and an affiliate at the Centre for Research in Leadership, Innovation, and Organisation, at Luiss University.
His current research interests are focused on organizational change, business model innovation, Made in Italy industries, and project-based organizations.
So far, he has been awarded several prizes for his academic career, such as the “Excellent Graduate Award” by Sapienza University of Rome, and the “Best Student Paper Award” by the University of Berkeley, California at the 6th World Open Innovation Conference (WOIC 2019).
His research has been published in the International Journal of Management Reviews, R&D Management, and the International Journal of Innovation Management.
As President of Associazione Banco Alimentare Roma ODV - a food bank based in Rome assisting more than 300 frontline charities that provide food aid to more than 100.000 people in Rome and Lazio Region - Antonio is strongly committed to the fight against hunger and food waste.
